Forget what you hear about buying a good mattress to relieve back pain. I was in a car accident 8 years ago and herniated two disc's in my back which has caused me discomfort and pain ever since. I've tried physical therapy, message, and even spinal injections. It wasn't until I went to Prax Chiropractic in Charlottesville that I was able to finally find relief. After just my first adjustment I went home and slept so well that evening it was if my bed had swallowed me up. Thank you so much Brian because of you I can lift weights again without crippling my productivity for the next couple of days and sleep soundly.
