Or less stars if I could
There is not enough space to fully tell you the experience I had with this bunch and they have lots of tenicles of companies under other names. Beware.
They send out a saleman who knows nothing about deteriating basements or how to recognize if one is going to be deteriorating. He picks what they'll do and that's all they do and all they guarantee. He has no experience with anything but the tape-measure.and sales hype. But his decisions are what you'll be stuck with for 25 yrs of 'guarantee'.
I spent $10,000 to waterproof 3 walls in my basement. A year later it was leaking, When I called. the comment I got, 'We don't do that'. They sure were right about that. They didn't do it or well either.
They agreed to come out and do the same thing they did before which wasn't much. This year its leaking again. The same place as the original leak.
You should see the jerry-mandered job on the outside!
And the lies were boundless!
I went with them only because M/I recommended them. I told M/I my experiences and I think they're right back to recommending them again. All Jewish, of course. who's kicking back to who here? Who's trusting either of these companies a second time? Not me!
Just avoid this company. Do it yourself if you have to but don't use these guys. They're rude, don't call you back, don't do a good job, insist before the crew leaves to be paid (I refused and a very good decision it was) intimidate, screw around with the cost estimate. It goes on an on
But the paint they use they refuse to leave with you for touch-ups. Said it would harden. M/I said it doesn't. It doesn't. Buy your own. Do it yourself with a mask, a sander and a brush.
I got my can of paint by sheer luck and on the can it says its cancer causing and not allowed into California.
But I got left with dust all over everything a dust that doesn't come up unless water is used and they refused to do that. Then there are the ledges and little ins and outs that were not cleared. The stuff stored under plastic was thick with it. That wasn't removed either.
Oh, that salesman was very sloppy in how much of the 3 walls were covered. Missed a bunch of one......talk about don't care and inexperienced. How can you miss a huge part of one wall FGS
One of their crew died of cancer recently after working with that stuff for 15 yrs.
The paint can label didn't lie.
