Ok I discovered some mold in my under sink kitchen cabinet. The thing that puzzled me the most is that there was no water leak anywhere I could find. I called AdvantaClean they sent out one of the managers Josh.
I explained the issue and showed him the area, he too saw no water but the mold was there. I said to him that I was waiting for my son to come home and look under the house, he stated he would do that for me and I showed him where to go.
When he went under the house he discovered the problem... a hot water pipe had burst but the tear was so small that we did not know about the problem, and not only was there mold in the cabinet directly above the leak there was massive amounts under the house. The insulation was soaked and it was everywhere.
He took pictures from every angle he could and showed them to me. The job had to be done he took care of all the paperwork, I contacted my insurance company and a date was set to return.
Before he left he inspected every inch of the house closets included. He found more in closets because it was hot water that had to be leaking for at leaste 2 weeks.
When HIM and his crew returned to do the clean up they were very professionaland explained every inch of the clean up process in words that were understood with no gray areas. They covered all the areas with plastic brought in there machines and went to work, when they were done they cleaned up and put everything back in place.
Not only did the do an excellent job of restoration in the house they cleaned and replaced all the insulation under the house. I was completly satisfied and the estimate that was given helped us stay within our budget without having to break the bank with extra money to get it done.
This company AdvantaClean I would reccommend to anyone anytime simply because of the job that was done in my home.
It is refreshing to run across professionals in this day and age because in some instances you hire a company to do a particular job and your left holding the bag, with an incomplete job along with a waste of money.
Then you have to put out more money to get the job done right.
