From start to finish, a great experience!
I called at the last minute - same day emergency service needed - and not only did they offer me their normal rate with no extra charge for same day service, they were easy to deal with on the phone and in person. Their rates were competitive, even low, and they offered to work with me on minimum hour requirements if I had been able to move on a different day.
The movers themselves were prompt on arrival and departure, professionally dressed, very efficient, and with perfect "yes ma'am, whatever you like ma'am" manners. Their use of lists to keep track of my things made me feel at ease, and for no extra charge they placed every piece of furniture exactly where I wanted. Even when I changed my mind a couple of times they were perfectly patient! One of the movers even noticed a damaged piece of glass that might have been a danger, and he carefully rigged a special sling to carry it so it wouldn't get worse. I would never have known if he hadn't noticed! That's really going above and beyond.
Last but not least, I always get a real person when I call - and it's always a friendly person! They let you contact them any way you prefer - phone, email, etc, and that's great for busy professionals like me. I don't think there is a better value in Atlanta in terms of efficiency, coming in on budget, professionalism, and being just plain pleasant to deal with!
