Review content:
Urbana Soft Water is located on the north side of town. My experience with them has not been good. We had a rental water softener from them that was in the house we bought. They were supposed to come out and check it to make sure it was okay. It took forever. They can only come during the day when my husband and I are at work, and they call right when they want to come. They don't want to make appointments far in advance, if at all. They went to the wrong address. We finally gave up and cancelled it months ago. They still have not come to pick it up even though I have called several times. Bottom line: Do not use Urbana Soft Water. The service is bad.
