This famiy owned business has been around for a lot of years. It is located right in the heart of the downtown area of Hastings. If you need a washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator, TV, dishwasher, mattress, guitar strings, electronics, or much more be sure to give King's a chance. Their prices are fairly competitive with Grand Rapids, but more importantly, their service rates a 10 out of 10! This is a service oriented business and we have been extremely happy! We recently purchased a washing machine from them, picked it out and paid for it at 8p on Wednesday and it was delivered by noon the next day! Professional and efficient delivery team, and they aren't trying to pawn off some damaged goods on to you. They have extended hours. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell, and they are courteous and friendly! Last year I had a problem with a faulty product (manufacturer's defect) and needed some vital info to supply to the company. I couldn't get my hands on the info, so I called King's and within a few minutes, they had everything I needed. They definitely stand behind their products and their service...something you don't find much anymore.
