I was getting 5 bids on stucco and new windows, Unique home design was my 5th bid. They were not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. The reason i went with them is that the contractor knew more about the project then any of the others. As they started the job they were very informative on what they were doing and explained everything to me step by step. i wanted a smooth stucco and they explained to me all the positive and negative of smooth and how log it would take. as far as my new windows, i explained what i was looking for and they knew right away and brought me samples to see at my house. I was very surprised to see that they had there crew working everyday, and everyone in the crew was very nice and they kept the yard cleaned up every night. they finished the job 2 days early and even came back a moth later to check up on the stucco. I was very impressed and would recommend them to my friends
