My wife had decided she wanted an Sorento. Not just any Sorento, she HAD to have EX V6 black with leather, sunroof, bla bla. She couldnt point to the engine if I opened the hood, but somehow she new EXACTLY what she wanted, from the color to the tread pattern on the tires. Our first stop was the two Kia Store's here in Louisville. They both had like a million Sorento's but neither had the EXACT black EX V6 with the correct combination of toppings. Both of the dealerships were very helpful but neither had the specific Sorento. The Kia Store must have noticed the desire in her eyes, and made some calls to some sister dealerships for us. They said that they had a Black EX V6 with everything except leather. I convinced my wife to at least take a look at it.. We went to The Kia Store Etown and just like the other Kia dealers we had visited the people were extremely nice. My wife loved the Sorento, but was obvious she really wanted leather, I just had to convince her it wasn't in the cards. Being that it was late at night they said that they could have it detailed and ready for us to drive home on monday afternoon. My wife was a little frustrated because we had a long day and she wanted it right then. I convinced her it was worth it. We drove to the dealership the next day and my wife was pretty excited, and then she grabbed the keys from the salesmen and opened the door and sure enough the cars interior was all leather, just like me and the manager talked about before I left the dealership the previous day, they didn't give it to me for free, but it was cheap and my wife is happy. And I now have get out of jail free card.
