Steve Smith came to my house around 8:30 p.m. to look at my clogged main line and was very helpful and told me what needed to be done and was very happy to answer any questions I had. He snaked the main line and pulled out rootsfrom the drain. they were over 5 feet in length, he cleaned up all the area when he was done, I would and already have recomended Steve and Roto Rooter. Within three hours of finding that my main line was backed up the job was finnished, clean and stress free. Thanks alot for your service
