I scheduled a manicure and bikini wax before my wedding. The bikini wax was fine, nothing special, but the manicure polish bubbled and chipped the same day. I get a lot of manicures and have never had that happen when I'm paying for a nice manicure. I had to get it re-done somewhere else before the wedding which was stressful to find in time. I called to get a refund since I had to pay someone else to fix it and the woman said she would have to talk to a manager and no one called me back. I called again a week later, spoke to a director and they said they would have to go above them to give me a refund and no one ever called or emailed me back. All I wanted was a simple refund for the manicure that I had to get re-done the day before my wedding. Terrible customer service. I have worked at salons before and this type of treatment is unnacceptable.
