I've searched high and low for the perfect stylist. Since moving from San Diego and Orange County, I thought it was time to stop making the trip to SD for my hair needs and start looking in LA. It's been a long journey but I finally found the person I'll be staying with for awhile. Katie is EXCELLENT. She actually gave me a through consultation (the kind you read about in books and magazines but NEVER really happen in real life), listened to my needs and then gave me her opinion. Being Asian, I love how she listened to my request of "natural" hair coloring (not the usual red or purple highlights other colorists suggest) and convinced me to glaze my hair (since she actually liked its O.G. color). She gave me a really great cut (well-worth the money asked for). My hair looks fabulous AND healthy. I LOVE IT. I can't say enough how much I love it. I actually convinced my husband to have a haircut and even though its a little bit more expensive than his usual Fantastic Sam's budget, he can't believe the wonders they did to my hair. That's why he wants to try it out. One drawback-the parking...non-existent but I'm still going. Even if I have to go around and around and wait for a free space on the side of the road! Pros: highly skilled stylist and colorist Cons: parking
