To say that I'm nervous when it comes to getting my hair cut is a serious understatement ... since moving here from NY, I've experienced some absolute disasters ... but this definitely was NOT the case with M2. Not only was the salon accommodating with a late, last minute appointment, but I was lucky enough to be taken care of by Katie. She listened to my needs and concerns, put me at ease, and gave me a phenomenal, easy-care cut and highlights to die for! I've already had people asking me where I got my hair styled. Thanks Katie - you rock!
Pros: warm, friendly (and fun) staff, very accommodating and flexible
