I RARELY walk away happy after getting my hair done. But Katie managed to satisfy this picky customer. She did such a great job w/my cut and highlights. I have flat, straight Asian hair and she was able to give it some volume and life. And I'm so apprehensive getting highlights because it always turns brassy and orange. She listened to my concerns and my highlights turned out the way I've always wanted them. Katie is patient and really pays attentions to your needs but most importantly she will give you her honest opinion which I find nice. Everyone was very friendly and the salon had such a warm environment. I can't wait to go back and see how else Katie can improve my hair. Thanks, Katie! -Nina-
