I have to say that all the reviews on citysearch convinced me to try this salon..... I'll never make a decision like that again! I had my hair cut and colored here and in all honesty, I am not at all happy with the cut or color (the stylist I believe did her best so I do not want to say her name however she was VERY undertrained). I must also mention that I was not the only displeased customer at the salon on this day! The staff was generally nice and the salon is cute however the was a lack of professionalism in general (the staff gossiped loudly while my hair processed). In conclusion the experience was less than average, the prices too high and the service not worthy of the hype.
