As indecisive as I am, I chose to go to M2 because it had such good reviews, despite the fact that im from LA and Burbank is a significant trip. I got a color and cut with Katie, and I have no regrets. I went back 6 months later, and again, I was happy with the work. They were really understanding to my schedule and even let me make a last minute appt, which was totally amazing. I really feel valued as a customer at M2. Katie is knowledgable, easygoing, and understandable. She helped me choose a color because, well, I couldn't decide. She was sensitive to my needs and I came out pleased. She really tries to establish a relationship with you. Plus, she has a 100% guarantee so I know things will turn out ok no matter what. M2 Salon has a great aura and I'll be sure to go again. If you can, get Katie but I would trust any of the stylists. Good luck.
