I read a lot of good reviews on Katie so i decided to give her a try. the receptionist switched me over to the manager? i believe since i was a new client and told me that i would love katie. She was very nice and helpful so i was really excited and pretty confident that i would get an amazing cut. Katie was nice, but she gave me the worst hair cut Ive ever gotten in my life. The front and the sides i can deal with, its not that bad. but the back is just horrible. The layers are so uneven and so incredibly poorly done. I seriously think i could have layered my hair better. Its really hideous and even my boyfriend said it looked totally off. i was really disappointed and I wanted to go back to get it fixed, but frankly I didn't want her to touch my hair again and I def was not willing to pay another 65+tip when she messed up my hair. My hair looks like a mop in the back, Its really disheartening whenever i look in the mirror. All I can do now is wait for it to grow so I can get it fixed up nicely at the last salon I went to in beverly hills.
