Review content:
To make a long story short i am very fortunate to have met many great hairstylists in such comfortable environments but i didn't realize how lucky i was until i entered M2 Studio Salon located in Burbank, California. They gave me the worst service ever! they did not appreciate the fact that i was giving them business i asked for a certain technician and they refuse to give me that information in which resulted into a huge conflict because my hair turned out looking like Hurricane Katrina! if only they had paid attention and respected my wishes things could have turned out differently and the hair stylist that i had i think her name was Kat kept down talking her own co-workers which i thought was very unprofessional i am not sure if this business is going to last too long the air is just to thick. No one seems to invite happiness. I guess my advice to them is just to appreciate your surroundings and be thankful to people in general. since thats been said i will return to my regular stylist located in Hollywood where everyone gets along and holds a friendly atmosphere! P.S my hairstylist name is Jenna Smith the best hairstylist ever!
