Used them 2 times. They know their business well. All I had to do was show up, get my free complimentary beverage and sign a bunch of papers. They took the time to tell me what each one meant and I am sure glad they did. Also got some pens and other trinkets - which doesn't hurt when you realize how much money exchanges hands in a home loan transaction.
