I started going to Optimal Health after having extreme pain on my right side. I am an outside sales executive and do a lot of walking and standing. The pain was so bad that I thought i had dislocated my hip.
I have been on a treatment plan for almost a year and have never felt better. The dr. helped me learn new standing and walkng techniques and daily excercises to help build muscle in my lower abdomin and back.
I was even able to buy a special backpack to carry all my office files, and daily stuff. That has been really nice so im not having a huge bag lugged around on one side of my body.
I love my visits to the Chiro!!!! Thank you Dr. James and Sally
