I've been trying for a month to get a copy of my invoice to send in for Avista rebate. Have emailed and left a voice messages for my sales person, Rob Gifford, with no response. Talked to at least 3 people in the office, today talked to "Tim" who said he would email it to me....still waiting.....
Pros: quality product - met my expectations
Cons: difficult to find someone to send copy of invoice
