Get here early to secure a table if you plan to sit at the bar. Be prepared to get aggressive about seating if you're running a little late. This place fills up quickly. There is often a piano man playing or belting out a Sinatra tune. He's also willing to play you're song for a yip if he knows it...
City Grill's an outstanding place to take people who are in Portland for the first time because the views of the city are amazing. The staff is on top of their game and the drinks are stiff. Though this place is spendy, I feel as though I always get my moneys worth. They also have a very lovely happy hour.
