I had my furnace repaired by them last year and it was never completed, it still had a loud noise from the fan. This year the furnace broke and they sent someone out to take a look at it and he left it in pieces on the floor and told me I needed a new furnace and that they could price that out for me tomorrow. They came the next day and gave me a estimate of $5800. I had no heat for a week until another company came by, told me to save myself some money and get the fan rebuilt myself. I brought it to the suggested place and was charged 350 to rebuild the fan. When I went to pick up the fan I was told that whoever repaired the furnace last is the reason that it was broken now (I have the parts to prove it!!!) I put the furnace back together myself and it has run perfectly. They left this in pieces so that I would feel like I had no other choice but to replace the furnace and give them almost 6 thousand dollars. Awful business practices, did not supply me with temporary heat like they were supposed to, and pretty much just tried to screw me over. Glad I am not a old woman or a person who is afraid to get their hands dirty or I would be out 6000. DO NOT USE PANN HOME SERVICES!
