DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE CROOKED AND THEY ARE DISHONEST!!!! We were approached at Sam's Club. We were told that they would come out and do an estimate (about 45 minutes) The man was at our home for more than 3 hours. We had to put $900 down and we were told that if we did not get financed they would contact us. But if we did not hear anything the job would start in 5 weeks. After 6 weeks and hearing nothing, I called to see when the job would start and was told that we were not able to get financed, however, they still had my $900. I have called 4 times and every time- "the check has been cut and mailed" We will probably have to take them to court to get our money back. If I would not have called to check on when they were coming, I would not have known that we did not get financed and they probably would have tried to keep my money. They are crooks. I will put a new post on and let you know when I received my money back and how long it took. As of now it has been 4 weeks, and I know that it takes 2 days for mail to get any where in Ohio when mailed in Ohio. Also, I didn't want to rate it any stars but, I had to so I could post my comment.
