The theater experience is the best in LA. At first I hated to have to reserve seating - it not only grew on me but I love it!!! I was beaing cheap at first and said it was to expensive, but for only a couple of dollars more than the average theater you get big, clean theaters with great screen view, no sound bleeding, very clean bathrooms. Very rarely any screaming kids - thanks to the pricing policy. Adults going to the theater and having a great time. Top notch movie expereince every time (except when they run out of my caramel corn). Did I mention: I love the caramel corn made fresh there - sometimes it is warm! I know about 10 people working there, they are nice guys. But some of the people who work there need some customer service training. I found the management to be almost robotic in responding to a customer service complaint I had with one oif their ticket agents. The theater outweighs the iffy customer service. It is my personal nieghborhood theater. Oh yeah, they have the best member points program. Easy to accumlate points on purchases throughout the complex, including the gift shop and snack bar. Free tickets and free snackbar goodies!!! Pros: The best theater in LA !!! Cons: Service is iffy...
