Who Planned this!? The traffic flow is awful . Wouldn't the planners have considered the fact that movie-goers might enter and exit at the same time? The parking structure seems to have only single lane exits. Inside the theatre lobby is a tangle of lines for tickets or customer service, cafe or entrance to the theatres. The customer service line actually cuts accross the entrance and exit. For such a "nice " place it leaves alot to be desired.Solve the traffic flow and I'll keep paying the high prices. I have to say the customer service was good. Our movie was cancelled and the company refunded our $ and gave us free tickets to any other show without having to ask for it . For this reason I have not crossed this place off the list.
Pros: nice seating, good screen size, nice staff
Cons: expensive, crowded, bad parking
