After doing some online research about car dealers, my wife and I decided to try Klein Honda. We were concerned about getting an honest sales person and having a good experience. We weren't disappointed. We worked specifically with Jared Stockdale and he was great. He was patient with all our questions and we felt like he was really trying to make the pruchase a good deal for everyone. He found us the car we wanted (and it was exactly that) and worked with us to navigate the transaction. When we had some last second concerns, he patiently helped us work through them. Jared stayed late with us to complete the transaction. He even followed up with us a week later to make sure we were totally satisfied! All in all, a great purchase experience. We will be going back.
