An internet buying service brought me to Klein Honda through their eSales Representative, Bebs MagBag who hooked me up with Alex Luu. I've bought many a car in my years but working with Alex was the best experience yet. He actually listened to what I had to say and was very courteous. He knew his product thoroughly and helped me get just what I wanted. Josh the finance representative was no less helpful. Together as a team they helped me get the car I wanted with no hassle and all the bells and whistles I wanted. Best car buying experience ever.
