Don't be fooled like I was by the 20 years experience, licensed and insured...blah blah blah. This company was slow-very slow. It took nearly 3 weeks to do a 2-3 day job. They didn't show up, made promises that they would be back in the morning - didn't show up. But they were very quick to want their money when they were done. The job was shoddy and it looked like I had done the work. They have a web site that states all of the cards they take, but when you try to use AMEX or discover, they won't take them. If you have a need to continually call to get something done, put your life on hold for a few weeks and really enjoy a very frustrating experience, then this is the company you should be doing business with. If I could give a lower rating I would. There was nothing about working with this company that turned out well. This is the first contractor I have ever written negative comments about because I have such low expectations, but even this company couldn't reach my lowest of expectations about results. I wish you well if you decide to use this company.
Pros: Very quick to want their money. Outstanding on collecting their money (1 paid the first day)
Cons: poor workmanship, unreliable, terrible customer service, way too many to go on
