I have had to take my old dog here multiple times the past few years. The vets and nurses have always been caring and nice to me but most importantly to my dog. Sometimes the place has been very busy and I've had to wait a while to be seen. Other times its been slow and I've gotten right in. It can be rather pricey but I guess this is because they are there all night and on holidays and such and have all the newest modern stuff. I read some of the other reviews here that make this place sound terrible but really all those were by people complaining about MONEY or waiting time. Its not a humane society people! Its not free. I think you get what you pay for! If you don't want the best for your pet then go to somewhere less modern and high-end! And its an EMERGENCY room. I've had to wait 12 hours at a human ER before; the longest I've waited at this place (been here 3 or 4 times) is about 2 hours. I've always been happy with the veterinarians there and my family vet speaks highly of them too. So I have alot of experience and think this place is great if your pet really has an emergency.
