Five Star Relocation was the company picked by Budget Van Lines to move me from New Hampshire to Oklahoma. They are by far the worst movers I have ever met. For 6 weeks I made calls and spoke with Alex who kept telling me my stuff would go out the following week, that there were no trucks available yet or that my stuff wouldn't fit on the truck, etc.., etc. During that time they made my life a living hell with all the stress they put me under living in an empty apartment waiting for my stuff to get here and then they had the nerve to charge me another month of storage fees which had to be paid in cash to the mover before he would take my stuff off the truck. I believe they deliberately hold on to your furniture so they can collect additional storage fees. They are without a doubt the worst unprofessional company I have ever come across.
