I have posted on other City sites...and just wanted to post here as well...this is THE best shop in the City!!!
I have bought 2 gorgeous and fantastic pupppies from Pets on Lex and couldn't compliment them more! The staff is knowledgeable and caring and just a pleasure to deal with. While I bought my first one Yorkshire Terrier (Trudie) at the 86th Street store (now home to a future high rise ), I purchased the second (Max) at the new location at 77th Street. Both locations have always been kept extremely clean and the animals VERY well cared for. What's more is they are so loved by all the staff, that was one of the reasons I knew I was in the right place. They didn't push me into anything while I was deciding and they allowed me to find what was right for me.
The support they offer is by far the best any pet owner could ask for and they have made me part of their family and had given me veterinarian visits to be sure all was well. Both puppies were in excellent health and still are.
This is the place to go, as I have heard from other dog owners in the city (not just the neighborhood) and I would reccomend it to anyone that would want a healthy, well cared fr new addition to their family.
Pros: TONS of support and caring
