ON THANKSGIVING DAY I CALLED ROTO-ROOTER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME THAT THE TECHNICIAN WOULD BE THERE IN ONE HOUR. HE WAS THERE WITHIN 15 MINUTES. WHILE MY SON CALLED ME FROM UPSTAIRS TO COME DOWN AND HELP HIM WITH THE DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM TOILET, AS I WAS COMING DOWN THE STAIRS, THERE WAS A FLOOD IN MY HALLWAY. MY SON WAS CLEANING UP THE WATER WITH THE CARPET CLEANER AND I TURNED THE WATER OFF IN THE BATHROOM AND DOWN IN THE BASEMENT. I CALLED ROTO-ROOTER AND THE PLUMBER, GARY #30 WAS OUT TO MY APARTMENT COMPLEX WITHIN 15 MINUTES. HE WAS VERY KIND AND EXPLAIN WHAT PROCEDURE HE WAS GOING TO PERFORM. GARY WAS IN MY APARTMENT LESS THAN 30 MINUTES AND HE WAS FINISHED WITH THE JOB. HE EVEN HELP CLEAN UP SOME OF THE WATER THAT WAS THERE.
