Review content:
I've been to lots of auto shops across the country. I've tried Goodyears, Firestones, Tires Plus', Midas', Car Xs, Precision Tunes, 3 Different dealers, and multiple Independant shops. I will always bring my car back to the this Goodyear. The service was great. I shopped thier prices around, and on 4 of the 5 things they recommended they were either the lowest or very close. I asked about the fifth thing (Rear struts on my '98 Maxima) and they told me it was more because of the part they priced up wasn't the cheapest available, it was the best for my car, my driving style, and what I wanted to get out of my car. They were less when priced out with the lowest cost part. (I went with the higher cost struts, and I am completely happy with the choice.) The person behind the counter's name was Ryan, he was friendly, smart, and treated me like a real person, not like a sale. The service was comparatively quick. And they will give you a ride home (when they have two people working) if the work is going to take some time. Overall A+. Ryan was great. Very happy.
Pros: Great people, fast, and done right. Peace of mind!!! - They showed me the bad parts, and explained why they went bad.
Cons: Hard to get into your first time if coming from the west. TURN LEFT ON ZANE, THEN GO INTO THE PARKING LOT.
