Just had a great experience with Alyssa at future concepts and just had to share my experience. From the moment I walked in (they hang your coat and offer you a refreshment), I felt pampered. After a long week, it was great to sit back and have Alyssa take care of my hair. In fact, I was so relaxed while getting my hair washed and with my complimentary hand massage, that I could have fallen asleep! Alyssa did a fantastic job with my hair, listened to what I was looking for in a hair cut, gave me some suggestions and then gave me the perfect cut. Wish I could go in every day just so my hair could come out feeling like silk. Future concepts even offers touch up cuts the week following your cut if you find that your cut just isn't settling correctly, but Alyssa did such a great job, I didn't need to come back in. Also loved hearing they offer complimentary bang trims. Had such a refreshing experience... definitely going back. Hope you give it a try...and ask for Alyssa!
