I am not going to lie, this place was my favorite spot to get massages in cities. The best value & the best quality, and I've been a long-time customer.
Unfortunately, a recent customer service experience completely changed my perspective- I will never be going back, and I'm even a bit sad about it (because it was my favorite).
I bought a Living Social coupon because I've been here many times & loved it; it expired; they mentioned I'd be able to put it toward a massage, without being able to redeem it for the full value. I asked if I could give it to someone else in the form of a gift certificate, and pay the difference- they refused.
It is the exact same thing, and if anything, almost a better deal because I would have been giving someone else the opportunity to experience this place and love it like I do- making us 2 life-long clients.
Instead, they've lost me and my future business.
Customer service is most important, and they severely disappointed me in this area. If you just want a good massage for a good value, this is the place- but not if you care about the smaller details.
