Review content:
I have had to call Horton's for both minor issues and a far more major one. Each experience has been very positive. When provided with an estimate, they have actually come in below their predicted cost. The plumbers are professional, courteous and willing to explain, in detail, what they are doing and what the problem is. Customer service is very, very good. In fact, when I had a Sunday night emergency, it was the owner who answered the phone and calmed me down. I would recommend Horton's to anyone in need of expert plumbing services.
Pros: Professional , courteous, fair, excellent customer service
Cons: That I had to call upon a plumber in the first place!
