Review content:
I had a backup in my basement drain that needed to be snaked out. The plumber arrived promptly, but was unable to clear the blockage. I was charged almost $300 and the problem was still unresolved. The plumber told me that they would then need to do a costly spot repair to the pipe. This would have involved excavating equipment and was estimated at nearly $9000.00. At this point, I tried to get some other estimates because of the large prospective cost to fix this.
Well, to make a long story short, I had a plumber come out who was EXPERIENCED in sewer cleaning. He told me that he didn't do any digging, but he would come snake out the pipe for $165. He was so confident that he would clear the blockage that he would not charge me if he couldn't clear it. And guess what? He sure did clear that drain. I only wish I would have went with him in the first place.
I would suggest that anyone steer clear of this place if they don't want to waste their money.
