Be advised that the 30 refund policy is BS. What they fail to tell you is that unless you call or come into the office, every single business day, you will not be awarded your refund. On top of that every refund request has to be in writing with a 30-60 waiting period for them to review your file. They will claim that you agreed to this on the phone when you signed up. This was never mentioned to me. They will just tell you that if you haven't found a property in 30 days you will get a full refund. I had saved all of my emails from calling in every day and in my refusal letter, they stated I had only called in 11 times. i had 28 emails from calling them every day. When I spoke with representative "Mark" on the phone about this, he told me I would have to again send a request in writing for a re-count. When I told him I would contact the BBB, he then "reminded" me he had my address and I should watch what I say. When I again told him about my email records, he laughed and said I would be the first person in history that saved their emails. His smug and arrogant attitude told me I would never get a refund. I hope "Mark" comes over for a visit!! Stay away from this company!!! Pros: Horrible customer service Cons: Horrible customer service
