My watch stopped and had used Simmons before to get batteries but this time I was told it was not thebattey and would give me a call as to what was wrong. 5 days later the watch was still there with no work or call.
So after reading the review about replacing other than Rolex watch parts with off the shelf parts and alluding to the Rolex repair, I went and took my watch back took it to a watch company and they found only a dead battey.
Don't take your watch to get repaired by jewlers.
Only sorta becasue the jewery is O.K.
