I recently moved to Fayetteville. I have been a member of about 4 other gyms, I chose the Spa Fitness & Wellness Centers because they have been voted the best in Fayetteville. Since becoming a member they have far exceeded all of my expectations. The fact that the nursery is complimentary (and extremely nice) alone makes my membership worth it! It's also so convenient to be able to grab something healthy to eat from Carrots when I'm done working out, that makes it so easy to stay on track with my diet! I love that the Renaissance Day Spa is right inside (and it's beautiful), if they have any openings they announce it in the gym...there is nothing better than having an unexpected massage after a long hard workout! This gym takes the cake when it comes to being the best, having the best, and employing the best!
