The initial booking went well. The communication from the booking agent to the correct office was poor. The Pasadena office never called me back as promised to set certain information for the move. The best part of my experience was the movers. Extremely proffessional, hard working and went all out to see that my needs were met and exceeded. They're A+ in my book.
