Roxanne and the rest of your team possess the unique blend of absolute professionalism combined with real compassion that is so special in a service industry. Everyone there took great care, spent extra time, and really counseled us through a difficult process. It is this type of professional service and aptitude that makes all of the difference in this type of proceeding and was a huge benefit to us.
