This was a nice place to stay. The staff were all very nice and accomodating. There policy is if you're not happy, then we're not happy. The pool and arcade were great for the kids. They had a blast. The room was a little worn, but they were remodeling some of the rooms as we stayed there. We stayed poolside and did book a smoking room, however it did not smell of smoke and was VERY clean. I called the front desk to request more pillows and they were at the door in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommended!
