About a month ago, we had to put our beloved 13 year old Fred to sleep. It was an agonizing decision and all I can say is that we were treated with dignity and respect at Dr. Ron's. Whoever answers their phone is wonderfully compassionate and helpful.
We also were given an estimate of various treatments which we chose not to pursue given that it seemed Fred had numerous health issues and was really suffering. We were impressed with the estimates as they were very reasonable. If Fred were a younger dog, we would have pursued the treatments.
We have had the "shakedown" experience where we're handed an estimate that's off the charts by another clinic in town.
Long story short, we are picking up our new puppy in a week and plan to take her to Dr. Ron's for her care.
