TRIED TO PAWN OFF USED ITEMS FOR NEW. KEPT ITEMS LEFT IN ROOMS
A COMPLETE MESS. NOT ORGANIZE! NO CONCERN! AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
