Their technician Steve took our money to buy two remote controls for the thermostat and he never cames back with them, I call them to both telephone numbers and nobody answer, i went to their both locations and in the one at 893 NE nobody knows them and the one at the South West is a building with hundreds of apartments. I am very surprised that they have good reviews in this page
