I cannot express how thrilled I was to meet with Dr. Wickman. Dr. Baum/Richardson had recommended I meet with her after a post-partum follow up appointment. I was her last appointment of the day, on a Friday, and as doctors often do, she was running a bit behind. Rene her Medical Assistant was very apologetic that the appointment before mine was running late, and incredibly kind. Honestly, with a doctor as friendly and knowledgeable as Dr. Wickman I did not mind waiting a little longer. She is so thoughtful and takes her time during an appointment. I know that her level of service is based out of her genuine concern for her patient's well being. She took her time, and answered all of my and my husband's questions. I felt like I was her FIRST appointment of the day... definitely not her last appointment on a FRIDAY! I absolutely will recommend Dr. Wickman to my friends. I have been recommending Goodman and Partridge to my friends for years, as I have been a patient for about 10 years. This is the first survey I have filled out, but I think it is important for you to know that the quality of customer service from your offices is truly second to none. My husband and I recently moved to Phoenix, yet I will continue to be a loyal patient because of the relationship, professionalism and high customer service that I have always experienced with every employee of Goodman and Partridge. Much to my husband's chagrin, that will include driving to Chandler/Gilbert area whenever we have future children. I refuse to change providers! I hope you are able to share this feedback with Rene and Dr. Wickman. We truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness (and helpful advice!). Thank you again
