Things did not quite go as I expected at first but they turned out better than I thought they would. The representative I worked with (can't remember his name, maybe James) had to reschedule our appointment twice, and then when he did show up he seemed a little bit side-tracked for the first 10 minutes. But he explained that his wife was having a baby and that explained both the rescheduling as well as the distraction. He did end up giving me his full attention and the rest of our meeting went extremely well; he was very knowledgeable, courteous, explained things on my level and I feel that he gave me a more than fair price. The work I had ICS do was installing surveillance cameras in to our newest branch. We've used ADT for many years but unfortunately they've just gotten way to expensive for businesses. The crew arrived early the next morning as promised, installed all cameras by lunch-time and was able to train my managers as well as myself on how to use them by the end of the day. Once again, quite surprised and quite pleased. Will do business with again.
