I was very shocked and surprised to see that my name was mentioned by a customer in very glowing terms as an employee of Out-Today (re- Graeme dated June 23rd 2011), what is more surprising though is thatI I have not worked for this company for over a year and although there may well be 2 plumbers in Seattle named Graeme, I doubt very much that we both happened to work for this hack company in such a short period of time. Consumers be aware of false reviews.
