It is unfortunate that someone who charges over $100 an hour, plus an initial fee, would not feel the need to gouge you on the parts.
When I called to verify the price was correct of a thermostat, because it was unreasibaly high, Gary let me know that the products I was comparing was an inferior product. Problem is, I compared the same name brand and model. Gary then asked if my unit worked, which it does.So I guess it is alriight to price gouge, so long as the sewrvice is completed!
The priceing was far enough off that I figured it had to be a mistake. Gary let me know he would make certain to call back the next morning either way. I could tell from the tone in his voice that I should nothold my breath waiting for the call.
So if you do not mind being held hostage with the price of parts, don't mind someone giving false information and being rude, or making promises he has no intention f keeping in order to get you off the phone, you will probably be ok. Personally, I am staying as far away from thgis company as possible, and warning friends and family to do the same.
